We recently received a beautiful silk banner of gratitude from one of our patients. She came to us from Shaoyang, Hunan, after completing three haemodialysis sessions at her local hospital. At that time, her creatinine was still rising, and she felt exhausted both physically and emotionally.

Our team designed a personalised Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) protocol – herbal decoctions, acupuncture, and close nutritional guidance. Over the following weeks, her creatinine level steadily dropped, and her overall condition improved so significantly that, in full consultation with her nephrologist, dialysis was safely paused.

She is now stable on TCM maintenance therapy, and to show her appreciation, she presented our medical team with this traditional red banner – a symbol of deep thanks in Chinese culture.

🌿 A heartfelt thank you to an extraordinary hospital and its team.

I’m a kidney failure patient from Sudan, and I want to share my honest experience. This hospital is truly outstanding – not just in medical skill, but in the way they treat every patient like family.

We are humbled to welcome a very special patient to our hospital this week.

A patient from Bangladesh traveled all the way to seek Traditional Chinese Medicine for her chronic kidney disease caused by years of uncontrolled hypertension. For over a decade, high blood pressure silently damaged her kidneys, and despite conventional treatments, her condition continued to progress.

Determined to find a holistic approach, she learned about our TCM program and decided to come to us for integrative care. Today was a truly encouraging morning on the ward. Dr. Li (Chief Physician) and Dr. Suo (Senior Attending) led a special rounds consultation for an international patient from Bangladesh who has been battling chronic kidney failure.

When he first arrived, he presented with severe fatigue, persistent dizziness, poorly controlled blood pressure and blood glucose, poor complexion, and abnormal cardiac auscultation findings. His laboratory results showed elevated creatinine and significant proteinuria – a challenging case by any standard.

After a course of integrated traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy – including herbal decoctions, acupuncture, and dietary guidance – we are happy to share some remarkable improvements:
