Sometimes what exhausts you is not the pain itself…
but the energy spent avoiding it.

The wound you refuse to face

At our ceremonies at Yaogará the first part of the ceremony is At Yaogará, the first part of our ceremonies is often dedicated to stillness and silence. Together, we sit with the night, listening deeply and waiting patiently for nature to speak.

When the songbirds begin to sing, we know it is time for the second part of the ceremony to begin — the music.

For us, the birds are not background noise. They are part of the ceremony itself, reminding us that music does not begin with humans. It begins with the Earth.

You don’t need another ceremony right now. You need to actually apply what you already received.

Too many people chase the next experience instead of doing the work after it. Insight means nothing if your behavior stays the same. The real process is in your daily life - your habits, your reactions, your discipline when no one is guiding you.

Ceremony can show you the truth. But integration is where change happens. If you keep waiting for the next session to “fix” you, you’re avoiding responsibility.

Stop looking for another breakthrough. Start living the one you already had.
