Feeling inspired after a very productive farm and development meeting with our team and new advisor Esteban Acosta. Esteban is a bio-dynamic farming master and will be advising with everything from food production to construction planning to flow of guests in the center.

Filled with gratitude to be working on this project and humbled to be around such an amazing team.

There is no winning.
It’s not a race.
There is no status for you to get to, that will make life a ‘success’.

The experience of life is held in the journey. Of witnessing your triggers to only help you grow. The darkness, leading you into the light. To be fully aware. To enjoy emotion. To really feel love. Do you know how unbelievable of a sensation that is?

Do your best to lose attachment with the destination and instead focus your attention on the presence of the journey.

Podcast Launch✌🏼!

Im happy to share that as of recent I have been able to step through the next layer of my own insecurities and fear.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And to be honest, over the past 1.5 years since departing from the US there has been a bit of confusion on what I am going to be doing. At times I've felt aimless and unsure of how I will be contributing. I have been battling with myself over social media, and at times have seen my mind get the best of me.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
However I am grateful today to share that I now do have clarity on what I am doing. I contribute this to a dedication to my practice, modalities and teachings. And switching my perspective out of the ego and into service. With this transition there is a driving mission, to spread the teachings and help people wake up to the mystery of life.

With this mission, I am going to be more vocal on my experiences and understandings, in hope that it will resonate with you along your journey. Part of this vocalization will be the☺️podcast!

Despite the chaos, not much has changed for me. The town is quieter, the energy is slower, but the wind is still offshore and the waves are working better than ever🌊🤙🏼

Truth!

With the current state of the world, this is the most ideal time to take a look at what you have been identifying with. Because, just like a knife, our dense reality has been cut. A lot of external things are no longer an option, so you can more clearly see what it is that you have been identifying with.

Maybe tangible things, your job, your salary, your parties, travel, what others think 🤔. Inquire yourself. (Got questions about this? Hit me up)

Among the chaos, this an excellent time to look within and grow.

The road to internal sustaining joy starts with developing internal contentment no matter what is going on to you or around you.
