Over the last few weeks, life asked me to step away for a bit so I could be present for myself and my family. It was a time that stretched me, humbled me, and reminded me how important it is to honor what we need, even when it means pausing.

Through it all, I kept coming back to my own practice. The quiet moments became an anchor when things felt uncertain.

The time away gave me space to heal, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.
And now, I’m ready to come back — with a fuller heart, a deeper gratitude, and so much excitement to share space with this incredible community again. I’ve missed you all, and I can’t wait to see you back on the mat. 🤍

The hardest pose in yoga? Getting out the door. Once you’re on the mat, the magic happens:
✨ The mental fog clears.
✨ The “desk neck” disappears.
✨The stress stays on the other side of the studio door.

Showing up is 90% of the battle. The other 10% is just breathing.
