🌿 Blue Wellness Day at Hofi Mango 🌿 Wellspring Meditations is delighted to be joining the Curaçao Wellness Association for this year’s Blue Wellness Day at Hofi Mango, and we are honoured to be opening this special day of wellness, connection, and community. Join us at 8:00 AM at the Hand of God installation for a guided Breathwork & Connection to the Land Guided Meditation. Together, we will gather in one of Curaçao’s most breathtaking locations, overlooking the surrounding valley and the majestic Christoffel National Park.
As we breathe with intention and connect with the wisdom of the land beneath our feet, we will create space to arrive fully, ground ourselves in nature, and open our hearts to the day ahead.
This is a truly unique opportunity to experience the beauty, energy, and serenity of this sacred place while sharing in collective presence and connection.

✨Softening into Peace✨ We shared this beautiful meditation at the hospital today, and the energy in the room was truly special 💖 a gentle reminder that peace is not something we need to find outside of ourselves, but something we can return to within. As the meditation came to a close, I felt inspired to extend this message beyond those present & share it here with our wider community. My hope is that it may bring a moment of calm, softness, and trust to anyone that feels called to receive it.
