In the midst of all stress there is freedom!

On this particular day and time in history it is not about what we had.
From today on in it is ALL about what we can achieve together!
Do not wait to get instructions and others to do it for you! Now it is your time to step up the plate and come up with the innovations we need on this island and in the world. From this day on it is not about them and us! It is about all of us!
And everybody can make a difference. It is about the Greater Good and For The Highest Good!! Those Light Columns needs to be placed everywhere in the world.
To our Insight Aruba Community a huge invitation to move silently around, to be the best you can to everybody. Love Always!!

Hectic days but also very rewarding to observe and participate in a process of release and healing. In a judicial system such as our system in the Dutch Kingdom the prevention of sexual abuse is such an important part of the overall focus. We need to teach children at a young age that nobody should touch them in an improper way. Participating with other NGO'S in informing parents that it is ok to teach their children TO SAY NO! And it is also ok for them to share, to grieve and to release their frustration. As a community we should go thru this process together and mourn.

What happens to our body when we go thru chemotherapy? And I mean when there is no other option!?

When there is no other option we go thru the process to the best of our abilities leading a balanced life with no negativity around us. Many times we underestimate the negativity we carry around unconciously and the impact this has on others. When a life treathening disease hits us we can feel that negativity, fear and sorrow of others from miles away. As an oncology patient you HAVE TO SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THOSE who can support you with their positivism and are ready to fight with you.

As John Roger states in one of his many books and MSIA teachings "You can't allow yourself one single negative thought"! It is so important detox yourself on different levels. Body, Mind and Soul! Let's start with the body. In order to become healthy we have to listen to our body that is extremely intelligent. What you NEED to eat your body will not like. Food you have always eaten made you sick!

Take a piece of fresh aloe (gel) every morning in a shake with moringa leaves. Add some fresh BETONICA infusion to maintain your Hb level up. Where do you get all this? In your garden! Life is fragile
This week I am participating at the Fundacion Pa Hende Muher den Dificultad its Silent Auction Orange Week 2019.
A bit about my art work. While being in Cali for some months receiving medical treatment I took many pictures of the beautiful nature in Colombia. As a matter of fact part of healing our body is to be outdoor and sweat that freaking illness out of our body. This particular picture was an inspiration for a sketch and later on a painting. No matter what happens out there Life is Worth Living. I am not writing to much today. Healing takes us thru deep waters and it takes courage to see the face of God. I started this page a year ago not knowing what to expect and most of all letting go of my expectations of how things should be. I was not an empty box. My deep beliefs in always trusting that I was being guided by a Higher Power turned out to show me a way I never imagined possible. Being a katalysator for a different approach in the prevention of sexual abuse with minors I consider that together we can make a difference. I am working into changing this page into a place where you can find links in supporting us in our recovery of sexual abuse as a minor. Free Hand Writing and Free Painting is so essential in helping us unraveling our bunch of knitting yarn. And that goes bit by bit. We can not do it in one shot. Therefore we need to take care of ourselves, ask for support and know that our lives are being build one day at the time!

It is always good to catch up with the details of life.
There is no blooming without a bud! There is no bud without new beginnings! Focusing on what people say and do I am more and more aware how we have to grow up and be more aware of the language we use.
How can we tell someone with a trauma that it is forever. Of course it is not easy but you can reframe that a bit. Instead of victimization of the survivor you can have empathy and show your compassion. I am truly shocked how therapist dare to say that you have a life sentence!

It has been a year a life threatening disease was discovered in my body. Challenges I never thought existed. Instead of screaming and shouting WHY ME I THOUGHT WHY NOT ME?
And I asked GOD every single moment to show me the way. And yes! They showed up and got me thru my healing process. Today I can say that I have learned to take care of myself. To love myself and every situation that showed up no matter what! Today I can say it has been my greatest learning. To all my children, my spouse, family and friends who has supported me thru this process I can say it again and again Thank You!

It has been quite some time I have posted something.
Starting this year I will be posting more and more on this site.
Healing is a process! And a lifetime one. We can not get better and pick up our old lifestyle. Something in that process needs to be corrected. Be vigilant, test out what works for you and be assertive. Do not take anything for granted. Ask your physician all the questions that pops up in your mind. Connect with your heart and you will know on soul level what will suit you. To be continued...........
