Can you trust every milestone chart you see online? 🤔
Many milestone charts look helpful.
But some contain mistakes. Some skip important skills. Some even encourage things that are not good for your baby's development.

The biggest problem is this:
Development is not a checklist.
Your baby is building one skill on top of another, like building a house. Strong foundations come first.
So instead of asking:
"What milestone should my baby reach next?"
Try asking:
"What foundation is my baby building right now?"

And remember...
Your baby's environment matters more than any milestone chart.

Every family meets me at a different stage.

Children are born with a natural desire to explore.
When we give them the right environment, they don't need constant teaching—they learn through curiosity, trial and error, and their own discoveries.

In this video, I love three things:
1. She's exploring on her own.
2. She's naturally using both hands.
3. No one is turning the moment into a performance with applause or excitement.

Our role isn't to entertain or constantly praise. Our role is to provide opportunities, observe, and trust the process.
That's how confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning begin.

The flowers were beautiful. 🌸
But what touched me most was the message that came with them.

A couple who completed the pregnancy stage of my program wrote that they are going into one of the biggest days of their lives feeling more confident and more prepared.

That is exactly why I created this program.
Because pregnancy isn't only about preparing for birth. It's about preparing for the transition from couplehood to parenthood.
