At BodyWerks, one of the first diagnostic tests we run is a Leg Length Inequality Assessment. But we aren't usually looking for a difference in bone length. We are looking for a hidden issue in your Sacroiliac (SI) Joint.

When your SI joint (the critical connection between your spine and your pelvis) becomes misaligned or locked, it physically rotates your pelvis. This rotation pulls one leg higher up into the hip socket, creating a "functional" short leg.
