Do you find it easy to give yourself permission to be creative without an outcome?

I’ve been thinking a lot about how we grow up believing creativity must be productive. As children, we paint for the pure joy of it, but over time, the pressure to perform often creeps in.

In my workshops, I hold a space where we can let that go. We use a combination of meditation, intuitive painting, and reflective journaling to help us slow down, explore without judgment, and reconnect with our natural creativity.

You don't need any artistic experience to participate. This isn't about creating a masterpiece; it’s about allowing yourself to experiment, play, and enjoy the process.

Hi everyone! I’m hosting a 90-minute online workshop called "A Pause to Listen Inward" on Monday, Jan 19th (and again on Jan 26th).

Instead of looking at what the world expects from you this year, we are going to listen to what your soul desires. We’ll use intuitive painting and meditation to create the "underlayer"—the emotional foundation for your year ahead.

By the end of the session, you’ll have the clarity and the "inner script" you need to finish your physical vision board at home.
