Ayurveda Yoga Community Practice ✨

A longer afternoon of practice, with more time to go deeper into pranayama, asana, and meditation. The practice is open to new and returning practitioners, welcoming all levels.
Afterwards we’ll share snacks and good company! Feel free to bring something to nibble on.

Preparation for the retreat 🌺

This video may seem calm but it takes a whole village to set up to host and make fertile ground for meditation & practice! And a village was what we had 💖 Our teams operated so smoothly together; from setting up accommodations to preparing the practice spaces to the planning and ex*****on with Spanish, English and Korean flying around. A harmonious flow 🌊

and their Puerto Rico team were amazing hosts while Master and Wonjangnim shared their wisdom, vision, and experience with us 🙏

As always, deeply grateful to be part of the process of opening our retreat location in Puerto Rico with fellow practitioners (thank you for all the translating!) and looking forward to continue growing across borders & cultures 🪷

We‘re going to Puerto Rico! We will be joining Master and Wonjangnim for a special retreat at in the mountains of San Sebastián 💖

We will rest from in-person classes in Berlin and online classes from 13.02 (Fri)-20.02 (Fri)
