Hi. Ich bin Rukiye ✨
Ich arbeite mit einer ganzheitlichen Form der psychologischen Beratung und Persönlichkeitsanalyse.

Im Mittelpunkt steht immer der Mensch – mit seiner Geschichte, seinem Charakter und seinen inneren Mustern.

Meine Arbeit vereint Gespräch, Charakteranalyse durch Face Reading und Hand Reading sowie gesundheitspräventive Perspektiven. Daraus entstehen unterschiedliche Schwerpunkte, die je nach Anliegen gewählt oder kombiniert werden können:

Die Analyse von Gesicht und Händen ermöglicht einen differenzierten Blick auf Charakterzüge, emotionale Grundmuster sowie Denk- und Verhaltensstrukturen.
Sie schafft Orientierung, Selbstverstehen und innere Klarheit.

Psychologische Beratung
In der psychologischen Beratung begleite ich persönliche, emotionale und lebenspraktische Themen lösungsorientiert und strukturiert.
Ziel ist es, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen, Entscheidungen zu festigen und eigene Handlungsspielräume zu erweitern.

Ganzheitliche Persönlichkeitsberatung
Hier verbinde ich Persönlichkeitsanalyse mit psychologischer Beratung.

Erkenntnisse aus Face Reading und Hand Reading fließen gezielt in die Gespräche ein und ermöglichen ein tieferes Verständnis innerer Prozesse und Entwicklungsthemen.

Persönlichkeitsanalyse & Gesundheitsprävention
Dieses Angebot verbindet ganzheitliche Persönlichkeitsberatung mit gesundheitspräventiver Aufklärung. Der Fokus liegt auf Eigenverantwortung und dem Verständnis der Wechselwirkung zwischen Psyche, Verhalten und Gesundheit – also darauf, wie innere Muster wirken und sich im Alltag und im Körper zeigen können.

Meine Arbeit versteht sich als beratende und präventive Begleitung und ersetzt keine ärztliche oder psychotherapeutische Behandlung.

Meet Gabriel ✨

My work as a body therapist is rooted in a deep respect for the intelligence of the human body and its capacity to heal when given the right conditions.

Over the years, I have developed an approach that combines Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy with postural correction and spinal work, allowing me to address both the symptoms and the underlying causes of pain. Rather than treating isolated areas, I focus on understanding patterns of tension, compensation, and imbalance that develop over time.

Through integrative somatic bodywork, I aim to create a dialogue with the body. By combining techniques such as Shiatsu, craniosacral therapy, and manual structural work, I assess how different systems interact: muscular, skeletal, and nervous. This process allows for a more precise and intuitive intervention, supporting not only pain relief but also improved alignment, mobility, and overall functionality.

My motivation comes from years of witnessing how chronic discomfort, stress, and postural habits shape people’s lives. I believe that therapeutic touch, when applied with knowledge and presence, can restore a sense of coherence and connection within the body.

My intention is not only to reduce pain, but to help clients regain awareness, resilience, and a more balanced relationship with their physical structure.
Each session is tailored to the individual, integrating technical precision with attentive listening, creating a space where the body can reorganize itself toward greater efficiency and ease.

✨My name is Doris and I love creating spaces where we can move freely and arrive in our bodies. This allows us to better listen to what our bodies need — and from there, connect authentically, first with ourselves and then with others.

As a somatic psychotherapy practitioner (HPP), I accompany people who want to get to know themselves and their bodies better.

My work is resource- and body-oriented, grounded in a systemic approach and Authentic Communication.

Hi, I am Pauline – Somatic Practitioner, Cultural Anthropologist, Doula in training, and someone who has always understood the world through the body — in movement, in touch, in relationship to the living world around us.

I accompany people through the thresholds of their lives — with my hands, my listening and gentle guidance, and my attention to how the worlds we grow up in live inside our bodies.
