Welcome to the term TouchKeeper™️ that I created in 2023 to encompass the absolute passion I have in keeping the wisdoms of touch from many non western countries, respected and honoured.

Embedded in my cultural awareness course, developed by me, for the Baby Wellness Sector, I created a full section on what a TouchKeeper™️ embodies including the 5 pillars that I believe holds the deepest meaning for the foundations of what we (in the west) teach.

The word TouchKeeper™️ reminds us to teach with deeper understanding and awareness of the beauty of touch for babies. What we teach carries centuries of wisdom, tradition, culture and we can simply honour these wisdoms by being conscious as we continue to pass on what we have the privilege to teach and profit from.

TouchKeeper™️ this whole word carries so much beauty and meaning for what we do as baby massage & yoga instructors and I truly feel the least we can do is to always remember what we teach comes from an incredible ancestral lineage. That's all, nothing more, nothing less. Just a conscious honouring of the roots in all that we do.

Hypknowbirthing™️.
Support during your pregnancy to prepare you for labour, birth and beyond, is nearly ready!!!!

I'm putting you in the KNOW of your pregnancy and birth with my carefully designed Hypknowbirthing™️ rolling programme.

See, I was once that new mama in a new country who had no idea what was going on.
So I've made it my duty to support you to make sure you don't birth in silence and to make sure you have the most empowering and positive birth experience to help you transition into your 4th trimester and bond deeply with your baby.

I will provide you with knowledge, tools and techniques, mindfulness and meditation using the method to help reduce or even eliminate your birth worries and fears.

You will also recieve the first ever Hypknowbirthing™️ pregnancy journal created by me, to help support your pregnancy, EVERY month.

I will guide and support you with calm, reassurance and the relaxation your mind, body and baby needs to get you through your entire pregnancy, birth and beyond.

I want you to;
KNOW your fear, understand your fear so you have NO fear when you get ready to meet your baby.
And even if fear creeps in (because we're only human), you'll know exactly what to do to not allow it to take control of your birthing body and birthing experience.

Positive touch for babies is this deep.

You might read this and think "woahhhh, how can I be this type of parent, all of the time?"

You’re human, you’re learning, parenting is full of trial and error- you do your best especially when you're running on little sleep.

Start slow, parents.
Each time you interact with your baby you have an opportunity to practice R I A A (respect, intentionality, attunement and autonomy).

It is important to remember that you can't be perfect at all times; research suggests that even in healthy relationships, attuned connections occur about 30% of the time, emphasising that effort and repair is equally as important.

If you'd like to start your journey into creating deeper, meaningful connections with your baby and to learn more about the beauty of this ancient art with a modern influence, I'd love for you to join me for the next course.

In light of an uneducated, unnecessary, traumatic recent event where a mother was wrongly accused, arrested and as a result was harmed emotionally, mentally and physically, I've re-created and up- graded this post that I shared 4 years ago.

Again, it's always when something traumatic has happened that we sit up and listen. Why can't these traumatic events be prevented?
I know the answer, do you?

We deserve better.

This is the first in the skin series for baby massage instructors and parents.

Sometimes you prefer to join a class/course with someone you know, and that's completely OK.

Each month, I've had at least 3 people who joined together- either from the same training provider or made friends via Instagram dm's!!!! (We all have an insta bestie we've never physically met).

Happy mothers day to you- because she won't say it to you (unless you say it to her first!)

You don't have a beautiful blossoming, flourishing, unbreakable, mother child relationship where you've seen your mother as a nurturing hero or supporter for your entire life.

You can't; confide, feel safe, be expressive, be yourself, share highest highs, lowest lows, hear encouraging words, feel love, feel joy with your mother because your mother is toxic and emotionally unavailable which leaves you feeling emotionally exhausted whenever you're in her presence.

You have yearned and still yearn for this, trying to constantly; please, impress and search for that embrace or those words of encouragement...

Your mother isn't the mother you hoped for, but I know you're trying your hardest to be the mother to your child that yours isn't to you.

Break the cycle. Create your emotional generational wealth.
