Join me at The Adventure Festival 23-25 August 2024, in Copenhagen, where I will be hosting slow breathwork and kids adventure workshops. The event is free entry and plays host to many other talks, workshops, games and activities where you can explore your inner adventurer, find new travel inspiration and more. Forkæl dig selv eller en du holder af, og vær med i lodtrækningen om en plads på dette livsforandrende åndedræt- og naturforløb. På forløbet kommer du til at øve det bevidste åndedræt, få bedre forbindelse til din kropsbevidsthed og dit nærvær til dig selv. Du kommer til at dyrke flow-oplevelsen i en kreativ udfoldelse, i et varmt og trygt fællesskab.

Du får rum til selvfordybelse og refleksion, når vi går ind i sindet med Breathwork og ud i naturen med craft-psykologiøvelser.

Vi ses til 4 hyggelige onsdage fra den 15/5-5/6, kl 17.00-20.00 i Ølsted

Der er varmt at drikke og snacks at spise.

Pladsen har en værdi af 1250,- !

Traumas can originate from the earliest moments of our existence, even from birth, though we can not recall these experiences using our logical left brain.

However, our bodies keep these memories. By connecting with our bodies and tapping into our subconscious through breathwork, we gain access to both old and new, minor, and major traumas.

Through movement, sound, and embracing ourselves with love, we can release these emotions that surface.

Have you ever experienced reacting to a situation or in a conversation without understanding why you reacted that way?

It is likely some suppressed memories or bodily stored traumas that creates a response to certain situations. Reacting instead of acting, can feel like a loss of control. We can become a version of ourselves that we are not proud of being.

By practicing breathwork, you can get access to your subconscious and release all this that no longer serves you. You can develop patience and loving kindness to all the different parts of you, both the ones you love and the ones you don’t.

Every Monday is a Breathy Monday!

Reset & Recharge Breathwork is a one-hour session, designed to help you find clarity, expand your imagination, and strengthen presence.

Breathing + Meditation + Journaling

We begin with a brief exercise to ground you in your body, followed by 15 minutes of slow and deep diaphragmatic breathing with closed eyes and carefully selected music. This is followed by 10 minutes of gentle music, during which you can choose to meditate or write down your thoughts. The session concludes with an optional sharing circle.

This Breathwork session is fantastic for:

✨ Organizing thoughts and finding mental clarity
✨ Practicing mindfulness and using journaling for perspective
✨ Becoming more aware of your day and week

Who can participate?
Everyone is welcome, whether or not you have experience with other Breathwork practices.

Practical tips:
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing.

Have the following items nearby: a yoga mat or bed, a blanket, an eye mask, lip balm, a water bottle, pen+paper, and optionally, a small pillow.

If your schedule allows, you can use this session as a bedtime ritual to ease into sleep 🥱
