If you are following the unfolding of astrological events or any other spiritual forecast, you might already know all about Barbault's basket or as some call it the CRADLE. It is an extremely rare constellation of the outer planets that each have long cycles and like in a carefully created clockwork, for a short period of time they stand in the sky in a position that forms the shape of a basket (look at the picture above) and each one is locking in at 4 degree of their current sign (which is a super rare phenomenon both astrologically and numerologically).
André Barbault, a pioneering astrologer, who had already predicted several important events (like the 2020 pandemic, for instance) named this constellation and pointed out the importance of it: it is believed to be the birthing cradle of a new world, a new civilization.
The precise lock-in is happening these days, but naturally we have all felt deeply the processes that have been building up to this point and we will be watching the unfold for years. I've been trying to pin down the essence of the emotional and mental processes that I've seen around me and that I've felt in the collective. This time it didn't feel right to channel the message for you, I simply used good old research skills, observations of people's behaviour, reactions and emotions and I looked for patterns that might resonate with you, too.
Firstly the air is full of GRIEF: some people create story around this grief and connect it with disappointment or heartbreak. Relationships change significantly, even the ones that we believed to be the last ones to change, the steady ones and the ones we took perhaps for granted. It doesn't mean of course that these people won't be in our lives, it only means that the WAY our relationships used to work won't be sustainable any more. It is the quality that is changing - and with a little trust, we can allow ourselves to think that for the better. However, the loss is felt deeply.
Some people don't associate the grief in their heart with a special story or reason. Either because they cannot see the reason or because they have experienced these transformations enough times to know that feeling the sadness and processing it in some physical, emotional way helps the energy be released and helps to get to the other - more healed - side of this feeling easier.
The status quo that had been up and running for so long in our relationships, in our work place, how we have managed our household or the different fields of our lives, etc. is being shaken up and transformed. It's getting more and more obvious and clear that things are not sustainable in the old ways any more. We feel it literally on our skins. The gaps we've been trying to bridge through, the differences we tried to harmonise or navigate require so much more energy, effort and often masking (a.k.a. inauthenticity) that we cannot continue any more.
Some people and even communities on a more collective level face that the way they have used their resources won't work any more. The exploitation of people's energy, attention, time, money, our natural resources and so much more is showing clear signs of burn out - on so many levels.
Everyone without exception is going through of this realisation in one or many fields of their lives. It is not a punishment or a something that we should feel guilt or deep shame about for a long run - however, it is to be taken seriously and it is time to adjust our ways of living with the aim of it being sustainable and more joyful.
