WHY PERSONALIZED PRACTICE?

Yoga is most meaningful when it is relevant. Relevant to your body. Relevant to your circumstances. Relevant to your stage of life.

Personalised practice begins with understanding what is present and discerning what may bring greater balance.

In yogic terms, this is the cultivation of sattva - clarity, harmony, and ease.

The state of svastha: to be established in oneself.

This understanding lies at the heart of the 1:1 work I will be opening from August. I’ll be sharing more about these offerings in the coming weeks.

Hi, I’m Hana. I’m a yoga teacher, yoga therapy student, and NLP coach, originally from the Czech Republic and now based in Denmark.

My work focuses on nervous system regulation and embodied awareness through yoga practices rooted in the traditions of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga.

I work with individuals seeking greater internal steadiness, presence, and connection through breath, movement, and rest.

My offerings include 1:1 sessions, group classes, retreats, workshops, and workplace wellbeing programs.

ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः Om Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ Śāntiḥ

We begin with ॐ (Om / Aum) the absolute presence, pure consciousness, the state beyond disturbance.

Then we chant Shanti three times because, according to the Vedantic understanding, human beings experience three kinds of disturbances (duḥkha / suffering):

- आध्यात्मिकम् (Ādhyātmikam)
Disturbances arising from oneself: emotional suffering, mental agitation, inner conflict, physical pain.
- आधिभौतिकम् (Ādhibhautikam)
Disturbances arising from the external world: other people, beings, situations, circumstances.
- आधिदैविकम् (Ādhidaivikam)
Disturbances arising from natural or cosmic forces: calamities, unseen forces, climate, destiny, acts beyond human control.

That is why we chant:

ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः

invoking peace within ourselves, peace from the world around us, and peace from the forces beyond our control.
