🫁 «أنا نادر، أنا موجود» | ورشة وطنية للتوعية بارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي

في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الوعي الصحي والتعريف بالأمراض النادرة، تحتضن ولاية سطيف يوم 12 سبتمبر 2026 ورشة توعوية وتحسيسية مخصصة لـ ارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي، وذلك على مستوى المركز التعليمي ابن باز، تحت شعار:

🫁💚 «أنا نادر، أنا موجود»

وتنظم هذه المبادرة الجمعية الوطنية خديجة لارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي – الجزائر، بمبادرة من دار كريبتونيكس للنشر والتصميم والثقافة، وبرعاية مهرجان طائر الثقافة، في إطار مقاربة تجمع بين التوعية الصحية، الخبرة الطبية، التجربة المعيشية للمريض، والدور الذي يمكن أن تؤديه الثقافة في نشر الوعي حول الأمراض النادرة.

ويشارك في تأطير هذا اللقاء كل من:

السيد أحمد بن يطو، رئيس الجمعية الوطنية خديجة لارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي.

البروفيسورة رشيدة يحياوي، نائبة رئيس الجمعية واختصاصية في أمراض الرئة.

البروفيسورة حاكم جنات، اختصاصية في الأمراض الداخلية.

ريم وفاء بن جعدة، سفيرة الجمعية الوطنية خديجة لارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي ومناصرة لقضايا المرضى والتوعية بهذا المرض.

وتهدف الورشة إلى تقديم معلومات موثوقة ومبسطة حول ارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي، والتعريف بأبرز مظاهره وسبل تشخيصه، إلى جانب تسليط الضوء على التحديات التي يعيشها المرضى، وأهمية الإصغاء إلى تجربتهم وإشراكهم في النقاش المتعلق بالمرض والرعاية الصحية.

📖 الثقافة في خدمة التوعية

وسيكون كتاب «الصديق القاتل» حاضرًا ضمن فعاليات الورشة والمهرجان. وهو مؤلف ريم وفاء بن جعدة، الصادر باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية عن دار كريبتونيكس، والذي تناول من خلال تجربة إنسانية مباشرة موضوع ارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي وما يرتبط به من تحديات في مسار المريض.

ويأتي حضور الكتاب ليؤكد أن التوعية بالمرض لا تقتصر على المجال الطبي وحده، بل يمكن للثقافة والأدب أيضًا أن يساهما في إيصال المعلومة، كسر حاجز الصمت، وتعزيز فهم المجتمع للأمراض النادرة ولحياة الأشخاص الذين يتعايشون معها.

وتسعى هذه المبادرة إلى جعل التوعية بارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي مسؤولية مشتركة تجمع المختصين في الصحة، المرضى، الجمعيات، الفاعلين الثقافيين والمجتمع، بما يساهم في بناء فهم أوسع وأكثر إنسانية للأمراض النادرة.

🫁 “I Am Rare, I Exist” | Awareness Workshop on Pulmonary Hypertension

As part of ongoing efforts to strengthen health awareness and improve understanding of rare diseases, the wilaya of Sétif will host an awareness workshop dedicated to Pulmonary Hypertension on September 12, 2026, at the Ibn Baz Educational Center, under the theme:

🫁💚 “I Am Rare, I Exist”

The initiative is organized by the Khadidja National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension – Algeria, initiated by Cryptoniks Publishing, Design & Culture, and supported by the Bird of Culture Festival.

The workshop adopts an integrated approach bringing together medical expertise, health awareness, lived patient experience, and the role of culture in raising visibility around rare diseases.

The session will be led by:

Mr. Ahmed Benyettou, President of the Khadidja National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension.

Professor Rachida Yahiaoui, Vice-President of the Association and pulmonology specialist.

Professor Hakem Djenat, specialist in internal medicine.

Rim Wafaa Bendjaada, Ambassador of the Khadidja National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension and advocate for pulmonary hypertension awareness and patient issues.

The workshop will provide accessible and reliable information about Pulmonary Hypertension, with particular attention to its manifestations and diagnosis, while addressing the realities and challenges faced by patients and emphasizing the importance of incorporating lived patient experience into health awareness and dialogue.

📖 Culture as a vehicle for awareness

“The Killer Friend” will also be featured as part of the workshop and festival. Authored by Rim Wafaa Bendjaada and published in Arabic and English by Cryptoniks Publishing, the book addresses Pulmonary Hypertension through a personal and human perspective, highlighting aspects of the patient journey and the challenges associated with living with the disease.

Its presence reflects the broader objective of the initiative: demonstrating that awareness of rare diseases extends beyond the medical field. Literature and culture can also contribute to sharing knowledge, breaking silence, and helping society better understand the realities of people living with rare diseases.

Through this initiative, the organizers aim to bring together healthcare professionals, patients, associations, cultural actors, and the wider community around a shared commitment to greater awareness and recognition of Pulmonary Hypertension.

Dans le cadre des actions visant à renforcer la sensibilisation en matière de santé et à mieux faire connaître les maladies rares, la wilaya de Sétif accueillera, le 12 septembre 2026, un atelier de sensibilisation consacré à l’hypertension pulmonaire, au Centre éducatif Ibn Baz, sous le slogan :

Cette initiative est organisée par l’Association Nationale Khadidja de l’Hypertension Pulmonaire – Algérie, à l’initiative de Cryptoniks Publishing, Design & Culture, avec le soutien du Festival Taïr El Thaqafa.

L’atelier s’inscrit dans une démarche pluridisciplinaire associant expertise médicale, sensibilisation sanitaire, expérience vécue des patients et contribution de la culture à la visibilité des maladies rares.

La rencontre sera animée avec la participation de :

Monsieur Ahmed Benyettou, Président de l’Association Nationale Khadidja de l’Hypertension Pulmonaire.

Professeure Rachida Yahiaoui, Vice-Présidente de l’Association et spécialiste en pneumologie.

Professeure Hakem Djenat, spécialiste en médecine interne.

Rim Wafaa Bendjaada, Ambassadrice de l’Association Nationale Khadidja de l’Hypertension Pulmonaire et défenseure de la sensibilisation à l’hypertension pulmonaire et des patients.

L’objectif de cet atelier est de proposer une information accessible et fiable sur l’hypertension pulmonaire, notamment sur ses manifestations et son diagnostic, tout en accordant une place importante à la réalité vécue par les patients et aux difficultés rencontrées au cours de leur parcours.

📖 La culture au service de la sensibilisation

Le livre « Le Tueur Ami » (The Killer Friend) sera également présenté dans le cadre de l’atelier et du festival. Écrit par Rim Wafaa Bendjaada et publié en arabe et en anglais par Cryptoniks Publishing, l’ouvrage aborde l’hypertension pulmonaire à travers une expérience personnelle et humaine, mettant en lumière le parcours et les réalités vécues par les personnes concernées.

La présence de cet ouvrage souligne une dimension essentielle de l’initiative : la sensibilisation aux maladies rares ne relève pas uniquement du domaine médical. La littérature et la culture peuvent également contribuer à transmettre l’information, à briser le silence et à favoriser une meilleure compréhension des réalités vécues par les patients.

À travers cette rencontre, les organisateurs souhaitent réunir professionnels de santé, patients, associations, acteurs culturels et société civile autour d’un objectif commun : renforcer la connaissance de l’hypertension pulmonaire et donner une place plus importante à la voix des patients.

بكل فخر واعتزاز، يسرّني أن أعلن أنه تحت إشراف كلٍّ من السيد أحمد بن يطو، رئيس الجمعية الوطنية خديجة لارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي، والسيدة نائبته البروفيسورة رشيدة يحياوي، تم تنصيبي رسميًا سفيرةً للجمعية وممثلةً لأصوات مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي على المستويين الوطني والدولي.

إنه شرف كبير ومسؤولية أعتز بحملها، وأؤمن أن تمثيل المرضى يعني أن أكون صوتًا صادقًا لقضاياهم، وأن أساهم في الدفاع عن حقوقهم، وإيصال احتياجاتهم وتحدياتهم، وتعزيز الوعي بارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي، وتمثيل صوتهم في المحافل الوطنية والدولية.

With great pride and honor, I am pleased to officially announce that, under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed Benyettou, President of the Khadidja National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension, and its Vice-President, Professor Rachida Yahiaoui, I have been officially appointed as an Ambassador of the Association and a representative of the voices of people living with Pulmonary Hypertension, both nationally and internationally.

This is a great honor and a responsibility that I am deeply proud to embrace. I firmly believe that representing patients means being a genuine voice for their concerns, while contributing to the defense of their rights, communicating their needs and challenges, raising awareness about Pulmonary Hypertension, and representing their voices at both national and international levels.

My sincere and heartfelt thanks go to Mr. Ahmed Benyettou and Professor Rachida Yahiaoui for placing this valuable trust in me. I pray that I will live up to this responsibility and the confidence entrusted to me, and that I can continue to contribute to supporting patients and ensuring that their voices are heard.

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين.

أما بعد،

بقلوب يملؤها الحزن والأسى، أتقدم، باسمي كاتبةً وفاعلةً في قطاع الثقافة، وعضوةً ممثلةً للجمعية الوطنية خديجة لارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي، بخالص التعازي والمواساة إلى عائلات ضحايا الحرائق التي شهدتها مختلف ولايات الوطن، ولا سيما جيجل، سكيكدة وما جاورهما.

نسأل الله تعالى أن يتغمد من فقدناهم بواسع رحمته ومغفرته، وأن يسكنهم فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم أهلهم وذويهم جميل الصبر والسلوان، وأن يمنّ على المصابين بالشفاء والعافية، ويحفظ بلادنا وأهلها من كل سوء ومكروه.

وفي مثل هذه الظروف العصيبة، لا ينبغي لنا أن نقف مكتوفي الأيدي؛ فنحن مواطنون يجمعنا وطن واحد، وشعب واحد، وجسد واحد، وما يصيب إخوتنا في أي ولاية من ولايات الجزائر يمسّنا جميعًا.

ومن هذا المنطلق، أتوجه بدعوة إلى عموم المواطنين، وإلى كل من يستطيع المساهمة والتضامن، للمشاركة في الهبّة التضامنية التي أطلقتها وزارة الثقافة والفنون، وتنظمها دار الثقافة المجاهد محمد إسياخم لولاية غليزان، دعمًا لإخوتنا وأهلنا في الولايات المتضررة من الحرائق.

في مبادرة هي الأولى من نوعها في الجزائر، يلتقي المجال الثقافي بالتوعية الصحية من خلال ورشة توعوية وتحسيسية مخصصة لـ ارتفاع ضغط الشريان الرئوي، تحت شعار يحمل رسالة واضحة:

In a first-of-its-kind initiative in Algeria, culture and health awareness come together through an educational and awareness-raising workshop dedicated to Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH), under a powerful message:

The workshop is organized by the Khadidja National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension – Algeria, initiated by Cryptoniks Publishing, Design & Culture, and supported by the Bird of Culture Festival, taking place in Sétif at the Ibn Baz Educational Center.

The event is held under the supervision of Mr. Ahmed Benyettou, President of the Khadidja National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension, with the participation of Professor Rachida Yahiaoui, Vice-President of the Association and pulmonology specialist, Professor Hakem Djenat, specialist in internal medicine, and Rim Wafaa Bendjaada, patient advocate and a voice for people living with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension.

The initiative also carries a strong cultural and human dimension through “The Killer Friend,” authored by Rim Wafaa Bendjaada and published in both Arabic and English by Cryptoniks Publishing, Design & Culture. The book reflects a lived experience with the disease, helping amplify the patient voice and shed light on the realities and challenges surrounding rare diseases.

This workshop is more than a medical awareness event. It is a space for dialogue, connection and expression, where medical expertise meets lived experience, culture becomes a vehicle for awareness, and the patient voice becomes an essential part of the conversation.

Through this initiative, the organizers seek to raise awareness of Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, improve understanding of its symptoms and diagnosis, highlight the realities and needs of patients, and create greater visibility for rare diseases within society.

يسعدني أن أعلن عن انضمامي رسميًا إلى جمعية ارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي (Pulmonary Hypertension Association – PHA)، بصفتي عضوة في مجتمع عالمي يجمع المرضى وعائلاتهم ومقدمي الرعاية والمتخصصين والباحثين حول هدف واحد: تحسين حياة الأشخاص المتعايشين مع ارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي والدفاع عن قضاياهم.

تأسست PHA سنة 1991 على يد مرضى ومن أجل المرضى، وهي اليوم أقدم وأكبر منظمة غير ربحية في العالم مكرسة لمجتمع ارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي، وتعمل في مجالات دعم المرضى، والتوعية والتثقيف، والمناصرة، وتحسين جودة الرعاية، ودعم البحث العلمي.

ويأتي هذا الانضمام امتدادًا لمساري في مجال مناصرة المرضى والتوعية بالأمراض النادرة؛ فإلى جانب عضويتي في الجمعية الوطنية خديجة لارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي في الجزائر، وعضويتي في جمعية التوعية بالأمراض النادرة في الأردن، وعملي ضمن لجنة صوت المرضى، أتطلع إلى توسيع مساحة صوت المرضى وتعزيز حضور قضاياهم داخل الوطن وخارجه.

بالنسبة لي، هذه العضوية ليست مجرد انضمام إلى جمعية، بل فرصة جديدة للتواصل، وتبادل الخبرات، وبناء جسور التعاون، والمساهمة في إيصال صوت مرضى ارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي، وخاصة في المجتمعات التي لا يزال فيها هذا المرض بحاجة إلى مزيد من التعريف والوعي.

وأتمنى أن تكون هذه الخطوة بدايةً لتعاونات ومبادرات جديدة، عابرة للحدود، تصب في هدف واحد: التعريف بارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي، دعم المرضى، وتعزيز الأمل. 💙

من الجزائر… إلى العالم، صوت المريض يجب أن يُسمع.

A New Step in My Journey of Patient Advocacy and Pulmonary Hypertension Awareness 🌍💙

I am pleased to officially announce my membership in the Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA), joining a global community that brings together patients, families, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and researchers with a shared goal: improving the lives of people affected by pulmonary hypertension and advocating for their needs.

Founded in 1991 by patients, for patients, PHA is today the world’s oldest and largest nonprofit organization dedicated to the pulmonary hypertension community. Its work includes patient support, education and awareness, advocacy, improving quality of care, and advancing and supporting research.

This membership represents another step in my journey as a patient advocate and rare disease awareness advocate. Alongside my membership in the Khadija National Association for Pulmonary Hypertension – Algeria, my membership in the Jordan Rare Disease Awareness Association, and my involvement with the Patients’ Voice Committee, I hope to continue strengthening the patient voice and contributing to greater awareness both within Algeria and beyond its borders.

For me, this is more than simply joining an organization. It is an opportunity to connect, exchange experiences, build bridges for collaboration, and help amplify the voices of people living with pulmonary hypertension, particularly in communities where this disease still needs greater recognition and understanding.

I sincerely hope this new step will open the door to new collaborations and initiatives across borders, all contributing to one shared purpose: raising awareness of pulmonary hypertension, supporting patients, and creating hope. 💙

From Algeria to the world, the patient voice deserves to be heard.

يسعدني ويشرّفني حقًا أن تتاح لي الفرصة لمشاركة قصتي من خلال هذه المنصة. 🤝💙

بصفتي مريضة أعيش مع شكل نادر من ارتفاع ضغط الدم الرئوي، أؤمن إيمانًا راسخًا بأن التجربة المعيشة للمرضى يجب أن يكون لها دور أساسي في تحديد أولويات البحث العلمي، وتطوير الرعاية الصحية، ورسم مستقبل صحة الرئة.

جزيل الشكر لكم على إتاحة هذه المساحة التي يمكن فيها لأصوات المرضى أن تُسمع وتُقدَّر. 🙏 إن مبادرتكم تذكّرنا بأن وراء كل سؤال بحثي قصة إنسانية، وأن التغيير الحقيقي والهادف يتحقق عندما يعمل المرضى والمتخصصون جنبًا إلى جنب.

بكل فخر وامتنان، استلمت صندوق السعادة للمرة الثانية، حاملاً النسخة الإنجليزية من كتابي «الصديق القاتل | The Killer Friend»، بعد أن انتقل هذا العمل إلى لغة جديدة، ليبدأ رحلة أوسع خارج حدود الجزائر. 🌍📚

بالنسبة لي، هذه النسخة ليست مجرد ترجمة للكتاب، بل هي امتداد للرسالة التي أسعى إلى إيصالها: أن تصل تجربة المريض، وصوت الأمراض النادرة، وما يعيشه الإنسان خلف التشخيص، إلى الفئة المهتمة والمتخصصة في مختلف أنحاء العالم.

With great pride and gratitude, I received my second Happiness Box, containing the English edition of my book “The Killer Friend” — a deeply meaningful milestone as this work begins to reach beyond the borders of Algeria. 🌍📚

For me, this English edition is much more than a translation. It is an extension of the message behind the book: giving space to the patient experience, rare diseases, and the human reality behind a diagnosis, while allowing this story to reach readers and communities who may be interested in these experiences around the world.
