When I tried teaching my 7 year old nephew the Child's pose (Balasana), this is what I got 😀 - truly a child's pose.

This photo is a reminder that Yoga is not about doing the perfect and jawdropping poses, but about meeting your body and mind where it is in the present moment, without self judgement or comparison to others. That's when Yoga becomes an inward journey - transformational and rewarding in ways you didn't expect ✨️

Grateful for my yoga practice and for being able to share this gift with a small community in Tallinn

Sometimes our yoga classes end like this 😋

On 1st Mar, we celebrated the onset of Spring 🌸 (meteorologically speaking 😀), and brought in some delicious kringel and ayurvedic tea, together with happy faces from my yoga group. It was a lovely evening - thank you everyone for bringing your joyful energy 😊

Shirshasana (headstand) is the king of all asanas. It works like a "reset" button for the mind, enhancing mental clarity, reducing stress, and improving focus. Inspite of it being a very rewarding asana, I generally do not teach headstand in my classes to keep them beginner friendly. But let me know if anyone would like to practise or learn headstand, and I can dedicate some time to it in our classes 😊
