We're Hiring: Receptionist
Location: Dr. Nilly Shams Nutrients Clinic – Beverly Hills, Sheikh Zayed
We're looking for a professional and customer-oriented **Receptionist** to join our team.
Main Job Duties
Welcome patients and visitors professionally, ensuring an outstanding patient experience.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the Code Zone system.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct patients to the appropriate service.
Register patients, maintain accurate records, and process payments when required.
Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily clinic operations
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Experience using Code Zoneis a must.
* Residents of 6th of October City are highly preferred due to the clinic location.
