Inspire Pharma EgyptInspire Pharma Egypt is seeking a talented and results-driven professional to join our Marketing team in the following position:
𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Sheraton, Cairo
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
* Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and brand plans.
* Lead digital marketing activities across social media, websites, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
* Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Identify innovative digital growth opportunities and stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
* Manage digital marketing budgets, agencies, vendors, campaign timelines, and expenditures.
* Build and manage relationships with relevant social media influencers.
* Integrate influencer marketing activities into the overall digital strategy.
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and external partners to support brand objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
* Measure campaign effectiveness, return on investment, and overall digital performance.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
* Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing analytics and performance measurement.
* Proven experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Online Media, and Website Management.
* Solid experience in budget management, campaign optimization, and ROI analysis.
* Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Creative, innovative, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and leadership skills.
