Meet Rasha Mostafa
A Special Education Researcher and Autism Specialist with more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of Special Education and services for individuals with special educational needs.
Her academic and professional journey brings together Special Education, Autism, Speech & Language, Applied Behavior Analysis, Assessment, Research, and professional management.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder, from Ain Shams University, and is currently a PhD Researcher in Special Education at Ain Shams University.

Throughout her professional journey, Rasha has gained extensive practical experience working with individuals with special educational needs, particularly in Autism, communication and language development, and learning difficulties.
Her experience also extends to Leadership and institutional management, having previously worked as the Owner and Director of a Special Needs Center in Tanta. This role provided her with valuable experience in staff supervision, service coordination, program organization, communication with families, and administrative and operational management.
One of her notable academic achievements was developing two specialized assessment tools as part of her Master’s research:

Rasha believes that every individual has unique abilities, strengths, and potential that deserve to be recognized. She believes that Special Education is about looking beyond challenges and creating meaningful opportunities for growth, participation, and empowerment.
Her professional vision is to continue learning, researching, and developing professionally while contributing to better interventions, better services, and better opportunities for individuals with special educational needs and their families.
