Product Excellence Manager
In Upper Egypt

Soul Pharma is looking for a passionate Product Excellence Manager to lead product management, medical training, competitive intelligence, and field coaching activities, helping maximize product knowledge and field performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and update scientific and promotional materials.
- Prepare Product Profiles, Visual Aids, Presentations, and Scientific References.
- Monitor competitors and prepare monthly analysis reports.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing scientific training for Medical Representatives.
- Complete 12 field medical training days per month and provide coaching reports for all team .
Build relationships with kol
- Support new product launches and product lifecycle management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or a related healthcare field.
- experience in Product Management, Medical Training, or a similar pharmaceutical role.
- Strong knowledge of the Egyptian pharmaceutical market.
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field coaching.
