We’ve known each other for 30 years but who would have ever expected that our hearts would ever unite, after all the different paths we’ve taken!
Some love stories don’t end, they simply wait for the right time to continue.

Im offering more than just a FREE Yoga Class!
Tomorrow, I hold a room
where devotion and doubt sit side by side…
where some arrive on purpose,
and others… just happen to land on a mat..
I guid a Flow where breath and movement become one language, until time loosens its grip…
Until we dissolve into stillness,
hovering somewhere between sleep and surrender.
Where you leave carrying that softness off the mat and in the world..
Because somehow in guiding you, you always guide me back 🙏🏼❤️❤️❤️
