العلاج المناعي قبل و بعد اجراء جراحة العيون لمريض التهاب القزحية يتطلب السيطرة الكاملة على الالتهاب قبل العملية و بعدها و يتكون من بروتوكول علاجي من الكورتيزون و مثبطات المناعة حسب الحالة تحت اشراف طبي مختص ، مع متابعة دقيقة بعد الجراحة لتجنب المضاعفات وضمان أفضل النتائج.

Perioperative management of uveitis patients requires complete perioperative control of inflammation, a tailored protocol of corticosteroids ± immunosuppressive therapy, and meticulous postoperative monitoring to minimize complications and optimize the best visual outcomes.

الكورتيزون… عدو ولا صديق؟ 🔥

في فيديو النهارده مع الدكتورة لبني استشاري الروماتيزم و المناعة بنتكلم بصراحة عن أهمية الكورتيزون في علاج التهاب القزحية .
وإزاي ناخده بطريقة آمنة من غير خوف ولا مبالغة!

الخوف مش من الدواء…
