This patient presented with drooping upper eyelids, a lowered brow position, and a tired appearance around the eyes.
The procedure included redistribution of the existing fat pads to restore a smoother upper eyelid contour, conservative skin excision to remove excess tissue while maintaining a natural look, and brow support to improve eyebrow position and enhance the overall eye frame.
