Sanocare is a fast-growing pharmaceutical company specialized in Ophthalmology and is urgently seeking a qualified 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰

The Product Manager will play a key role in shaping brand strategy, managing product performance, and ensuring effective market ex*****on.
This role requires a balance of scientific knowledge, strategic insight, and strong communication skills to translate science into market success.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve product goals.
Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities.
Manage product life cycle, promotional campaigns, and materials.
Support and train sales teams to ensure strong product knowledge.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure ex*****on excellence.
Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and develop action plans.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience in Ophthalmology, ENT or Pedia is preferred.
Proven ability to analyze markets, manage budgets, and build brand equity.
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluent in English, with solid computer and digital marketing literacy.
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
