Leopard Day 🐆
One of my favorite things about my friends? The way they love me back.

For my birthday weekend, they showed up to a Leopard Day… even the ones with zero leopard print in their closets. We rolled into a tiny lake town, sat down for an Italian breakfast on the water, and turned some heads along the way.
10/10 birthday tradition. Would recommend.

I’m running a small group online Reiki Level 1 & 2 Certification training across two weekends starting September 12th. It’s live online (no recordings). Over two weekends, you’ll receive a complete foundation in Reiki. Not just the theory, but the attunements, the practice, the lived experience of learning to work with energy.

Turning 40 is a privilege.
Turning 40 surrounded by friends and family that I love and care about is a privilege.
Turning 40 after going through suicidal depression in my 20s is a privilege.
Turning 40 and connecting to a heart full of love is a privilege.
Turning 40 and having clarity on my life purpose, to serve and help others, is a privilege.
Turning 40 and having the privilege of supporting other people through their own journeys is a privilege.

I am in a state of privilege, and not because of any handouts I received, but because I chose to follow my heart in all the choices I made since I was a kid… even when I got judged, even when I looked like the weird or irresponsible one.
I chose from the heart, and choosing from the heart has positioned me in a place of privilege.

In the words of my partner, I don’t need to take a course in Authenticity… I’ve been living authentically my whole life by always following my heart!

I’m so grateful for the past 40 years of fun, excitement, challenges, growth, and expansion.

Looking forward to all the lessons, teachings, and more explorations to have around the world with the ones I love, as I continue to grow into the next decade. And yes, loads of fun plans coming up as well as nothing set in stone as I contine to flow through the journey of life.

So much to create and share! can’t wait!!!!

There are strong energies right now… ✨
Big shifts. Heightened frequencies. Have you felt it too?
On 17th of July the Schuman Resonance Frequency went off the charts…literally!

So many friends and clients are finding in navigating these directions.

Feeling what is going on I got the call to just slow down, to pause.
I gave myself permission to do that. Stepped outside for what I thought would be a chill walk in the woods and ended up taking a sun shower that turned into Dr Joe’s Body Electric, connecting to the unified field around me.

No agenda. Just presence.

I asked my partner for a moment, asked him to continue walking so I could pause and have stillness in nature. When he came back from his walk, he found me in my happy place, in joy and captured the moment.

That’s the thing about staying grounded in times like this. It’s not about doing more. It’s about coming back to your body, your breath, the ground beneath you… and for me, the Sun. Everything else gets quieter from there. I love the sun!

Recharging my batteries to show up more present for the people I hold space for.

Grateful for moments like this and for the practice that keeps me coming back to them.

Reiki sessions : will resume after the 15th of August (unless it’s an emergency session, as for that I am always here day and night!)

Happy 1st day of August – MY BIRTHDAY MONTH!!! 🦁🎉

I’m Anysa — Leo, double Leo, and this year I turn the big 4-0 on August 8th...
which just so happens to be Lion’s Gate. Surprise surprise, it’s linked to Egypt, Sirius, and Isis (obviously 😅)
I got curious about where this whole “Lion’s Gate” thing actually comes from, and dove into the ancient Egyptian origins:
✨ Sirius disappearing for 70 days, then returning
✨ The Sphinx built to catch that exact sunrise
✨ How it all ties into renewal, rebirth, and what’s ready to rise again

I felt like a princess wearing the Saree! I didnt expect it to be so comfortable and to love it as much as I did!!!

Ever since I backpacked in India for the first time in 2012, I dreamt of wearing a saree and attending an Indian wedding. Fast forward to July 4th weekend, that dream came true and I was blessed to attend the wedding of my beautiful, dear friend Bhumi. We had so much fun over 3 days celebrating the love of Bhumi and Dev!

Bhumis came into my life as a ray of light in 2022 when I was rebuilding from a dark space. Her genuine, kind, loving heart is all I could see, and today she is still just as sweet and loving as the day I met her. So excited for her next chapter! Thank you, Bhumi, for making me a bridesmaid!

It was so much fun!!!! I want to go again to another indian wedding! loved it!
