When I look back on 2025, it’s all the people I’ve spent it with and the memories we made together, that comes to mind first. People I have known almost all my life and people I’ve only just met. Some that I talk to every day and others that I hadn’t seen or spoken to in years but recently reconnected with. One thing they all have in common? Every single one of you has made this past year so much better and more memorable. And for that I am grateful and wanted to say thank you 🤍 Here’s to 2026! 🪩

Kundalini ist bereits seit 6 Jahren mein treuer Wegbegleiter und eines meiner wertvollsten Tools. Es ist ein kraftvoller Katalysator für nachhaltige Veränderung und persönliches Wachstum, was es in meinen Augen zur perfekten Praxis macht. Löse innere Blockaden, stärke deine Körperwahrnehmung und Achtsamkeit und fördere den Einklang mit dir selbst, deinen Mitmenschen und deiner Umwelt.

Meine Yogastunden sind dabei immer inklusiv und auch Gruppenstunden individuell auf dich, deine Bedürfnisse und Voraussetzungen abgestimmt. Jeder Körper ist willkommen 🤍

Wir starten am 18.05.2025 um 16:00 Uhr mit dem Einführungs-Special “Die Säulen des Kundalini”. Ab dem 05.06.2025 findet die ganzheitliche Praxis dann immer donnerstags von 16:15 bis 17:30 Uhr statt.

Meine Yogastunden sind dabei immer inklusiv und auch Gruppenstunden individuell auf dich, deine Bedürfnisse und Voraussetzungen abgestimmt. Jeder Körper ist willkommen 🤍

Time to say goodbye 👋🏼

Yesterday I said goodbye to my 20s as I entered a new decade.

Today I'm saying goodbye to a whole chapter of my life as I'm moving across the country to start a new adventure.

Purely coincidental timing of course... as if. The way this move manifested so smoothly and effortlessly and everything fell into place so easily I can't help but believe that this is exactly what's meant to happen. That this exactly the right next step to take.

I have been known to jump headfirst into new adventures, to turn my life upside down on a whim, to ask 'Why not?' instead of 'Why?'.

And even though endings are painful and messy, I am looking forward to this new beginning, this next chapter of my life with so much excitement and anticipation.

Here's to magic and miracles.
Here's to staying open to surprises.
Here's to bigger and better things yet to come.
