Come on Barbie, let’s go… wait. What the f**k are we selling? 💖

Black Friday is coming, and your offer is still in a fourteen-way custody battle inside your head.

The workshop you taught once says it’s ready. That idea in your Notes app has turned up in full glam. A brand-new course you absolutely do not have time to build has kicked down the Dreamhouse door and announced that she’s the main character.

So you open Canva. Obviously. Barbie has standards, even when the house is on fire.

If this is painfully familiar, get in the pink convertible. I’m running Your Black Friday Offer, Sorted, a free five-day Telegram sprint starting 26 October.

Bring your ideas and whatever you’ve already got. Years of content? Great. Three posts and a scrappy note? Also great. We’re choosing one offer and getting it into a shape you can actually put in front of people before you accidentally give it six bonuses and a supporting cast.

DM me SORTED and I’ll send you the details.

Come on Barbie. Let’s sort the bloody offer.

Black Friday is coming. Have you actually decided what you're selling yet? 👀

Because November is nearly here.

And if you're still going backwards and forwards between discounting an old workshop, creating something new, bundling a few things together or just skipping Black Friday altogether...

I have a better idea.

What if you got to 1 November and your Black Friday offer was already SORTED?

You knew exactly what you were selling.

Who it was for.

What you were charging.

How you were going to promote it.

And what needed to happen so people could actually buy it.

WITHOUT spending the next three weeks creating another bloody product from scratch.

Because chances are, you've already got something inside your business that could become a Black Friday offer.

An old workshop. A training. A replay. A resource. A process you've used with clients.

It might just need choosing, packaging and a clear plan to sell it.

That's exactly what we're doing inside my FREE 5-Day Black Friday Offer Sprint, 26–30 October.

Five days to find the right thing, shape it into an offer and sort your sales and delivery plan.

So when November arrives, you're not still deciding what to sell.

You're getting on with selling it.

No random last-minute discounts.

No creating another course.

No seventeen new ideas to add to your to-do list.

Just ONE clear Black Friday offer and a plan to make it happen.

🔥 Get your Black Friday offer sorted before November starts. DM me SORTED and I'll send you the link!

You began with “I should probably do something for Black Friday.”

Now you have a diagram, three possible products, a plan to learn a new platform and a vague sense that you might need to rebrand.

It’s impressive how quickly one promotion can become an entirely new business to manage.

The difficulty is that several of your ideas might actually be good. That makes choosing harder, because every time you get close to one, you remember what’s appealing about another. Then you start combining them, adding bonuses and turning a manageable offer into a project you already resent.

You’re allowed to choose one thing without declaring the other ideas dead. You can decide what makes sense for this buyer, this moment and the time you actually have.

That’s part of the work inside Your Black Friday Offer, Sorted. Bring the page full of arrows. We’ll get it down to an offer a human being can understand and you can realistically sell.

All five days are free. DM me SORTED to join us from 26 October.

I think some of you have reached the point where the words “Black Friday” make you want to launch your phone into the nearest body of water.

You know it’s coming. You don’t need another person telling you to start early. You need to know what the hell you’re supposed to start with.

Perhaps you have years of content and absolutely no ability to see it as a product. You can find an old workshop, seven posts on the same topic and a resource you made for a client, but turning those bits into something someone could buy feels like a leap.

Perhaps you’re earlier on. You don’t have an archive to dig through, but you do have an idea that keeps coming back. Every time you try to make it an offer, you get stuck on what to include, how much to charge or whether you’ve “done enough” to sell it.

And while you’re trying to think, the internet is announcing that everyone else’s Black Friday plan is finished. Lovely. That should help you concentrate.

This is why I’ve created Your Black Friday Offer, Sorted.

It’s a free five-day sprint, beginning Monday 26 October. We’ll start with whatever you actually have, find a promising direction, choose one offer, shape what the buyer gets, plan how to sell it and look at what needs to be in place to deliver it.

You can use that offer for Black Friday if it fits. You can also use these five days to stop circling an idea you’ve wanted to create for months and make something you can sell on your own timeline.

I’m not asking you to arrive ready. That would rather defeat the point.

DM me SORTED and I’ll send you the details. Bring the mess.

You’ll watch someone struggle with something for three weeks, explain it in a voice note and then say, “Oh, that’s just obvious.”

To YOU.

It’s obvious to you because you’ve spent years doing the work, seeing what goes wrong, finding better ways and learning which question to ask before everyone charges enthusiastically in the wrong direction.

You can hear the missing detail. You know which step they’ve skipped. You can explain something in a way that finally makes it make sense.

Then you go back to wondering whether you know enough to create something people would pay for.

Honestly, the way experienced women minimise their own expertise should be studied. Preferably by someone who won’t suggest a gratitude journal as the solution.

The fact that something comes easily to you can make it harder to recognise its value. You’re familiar with the answer. The person who needs it may have been searching for months.

I made the free Content Scan to help you take a closer look at what your work contains and where a potential paid product might be hiding.

DM me SCAN. Let’s see what’s inside all that stuff you keep calling “nothing special”.

Your content calendar is very pleased with itself.

✅ The post went out
✅ The email was sent
✅ The live was delivered
✅ You made a checklist
✅ You answered a client question
✅ You recorded a Loom.

Lovely. Very productive. Gold star. 😂

Except those may not be six separate pieces of content. 😳

They might be one entire offer you’ve accidentally dismantled and fed to the internet in weekly instalments while trying to keep up with the bloody content machine.

This is something I see constantly when I look across a business. The founder sees a pile of posts, emails, workshops and client resources. I see the repeated problem, the process, the support and the result sitting underneath all of it. 🙈

My newest Substack article is about why your content calendar could be hiding your best offer in plain sight, and what to look for before you open another blank document and ask ChatGPT to invent something new.
