Growing up bilingual made me feel like I was part of two different worlds in the same home 🌻. I would speak to my parents in Spanish but watch TV shows in English. Growing up bilingual meant I could laugh in jaja and haha, and they could mean different things 😄 Even though I was part of a new world, I was always Latina in my mind. Now that I'm part of a new world here in Spain I bring my Latin roots with me through my favorite food 🫔 Now my Latin familia can celebrate our roots and this with dad who is from Ecuador 🇪🇨 and my Mexican food 🇲🇽 here in Spain to share with Eduardito and show him the importance that food has in connecting us with our Latin American heritage 🌶 so far all I can say is that little Eduardo’s favorite meal is carne desmenuzada with frijoles 🫘☺️🍽 yummmm Whats your favorite Latin dish?
