The wind never stops moving. The ocean never holds onto a single wave. The sun sets and rises, again and again.
Nature never resists.
It is constantly flowing, transforming, releasing, and finding its way back to balance.
And because your body is nature, it was designed to do the same.
Yet, somewhere along the way, many of us learned to hold on instead.
We hold on to anger, fear, grief.....to emotions that were never fully felt.
Until holding on becomes our normal.
Emotional Release Therapy isn't about forcing yourself to let go.
It's about creating enough safety to become fully present with what is here.
Because healing doesn't happen through understanding your problems.
It happens when you soften the resistance and let the feelings flow through you.
To accept what has been part of your story.
And to allow life to move through you again.
Nature reminds us to flow and rise up like the ocean, wind and sun.

🌕 Full Moon Yoga & Sound Healing Ceremony 🌕
This Sunday, 1st of February, the full moon completes its cycle, calling us to reflect on what we want to nurture in our lives and what we are ready to release.
We create space in the body through gentle movement and restorative yoga asanas, opening the heart and letting go of what no longer serves you.
Sound healing supports this process, as its frequencies help move energy physically and energetically, aiding in letting go and finding balance.

Sunday, 1st of February
🧘‍♀️ 5 p.m. – Relax and Release Yoga
🎶 6 p.m. – Sound Healing Ceremony

Besides yoga and sound healing, the sessions include:
⭐ Smudging with palo santo and sage to cleanse energy before and after the sound bath
