”Try not to focus on the darkness and density of the clouds, instead keep your attention on that little spark of light within you. Even if you can’t see it right now it’s there and if you feed it, eventually, it’ll shine again stronger than ever, dissipating all the clouds”.

ABOVE THE CLOUDS

Finally back to hard hiking!!!! Awesome climbing today on the top of the Volcano. There’s a lot up there. There was snow, clouds, a crater and Piquinho, the top. But also happiness, concentration, breath and joy. Most important there was Silence. That Silence that help me to connect deeply with Nature.
Thanks to my dear friend Daniel that shared the path with me and many many thanks to Mother Nature that always surprise me with its beauty🌋

Took a long break from social media. It took me some time to process lasts changes in my life, marring my wonderful wife and moving from an island in the quite Mediterranean Sea to another, definitely wilder one, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
What a joy to be back presenting the community I’m becoming part of.
Gratefulness, sharing, nature, human connection, music, having fun together, fire, learning and co-creating. All of this and much more in our last Pico Spring Gathering.
My curiosity has been nurtured indeed!
Feeling sincerely blessed to be part of this beautiful family. Feeling grateful to life and its gifts.
Thanks to all the unique souls I met during these days and thank you for trusting.

We tend to lose it when one is given more importance over the other as life exists in duality. In the past our ancestors knew there was time to build and time to destroy so that we can keep evolving. In our human body, the hips are the parts that move us forward in life and I think it’s important to keep them as flexible as possible especially when we come up with changes and unexpected events along the path. Be gentle and patient as you practise this position, also applicable in one’s healing journey.
