Sooooo chuffed to share a special mom-daughter moment.

This year my beautiful daughter Laila not only graduated from UCC with first class honours in Nutritional Science, she also became a certified yoga teacher! CONGRATULATIONS! 🥳

Today was her first yoga class as a teacher and it was amazing… such grace, flow and brilliance. Well done babe!

I was overjoyed to share my love for sound through the alchemical singing bowls during savasana.

Aquatic intelligence… the other AI😉

In a world inundated with artificial intelligence, we are missing out on the fascinating intelligence that resides within our bodies.

I had the joy and honour to share may passion about the waters and a yin yoga class with a sound journey.

The more I learn about water the more fascinating life becomes. In these very challenging times we are living it’s essential to find some time to enter and experience stillness.
When the waters are calm, there’s clarity. Our bodies are 75% water by volume, yet 99% by molecular count.
And when we have clarity we experience peace within.

I was invited to offer this class for the Yoga teacher training my daughter Laila is doing. It was so joyful to witness the enthusiasm and transformation of all the students.

Power of Sound.

Our nervous systems need a reset… one the best ways I have experienced.

We started with some humming to harmonise our bodies, regulate the parasympathetic nervous system and prime the body to receive the magical sounds of Tibetan bowls, alchemical crystal bowls, koshi chimes, and rain stick.

On my recent travels to Sri Lanka, this poster was on the altar at the entrance to our dining room…

It is such a powerful statement.

In the world we are in, there’s so much to criticise, complain about and judge.

We must realise that our complaining has a direct influence on our frequency, and we focus on what’s wrong, what there is to complain about, it is held in our bodies.

Since we are made of water, water holds information and each and every thought, word and emotion we carry, we emit.

It will reside in our energy field and subsequently entrain with corresponding likeness.. bringing more to complain about.

Raise your vibration by elevating your thoughts, words and emotions.

We are bodies of positive change for our worlds.
