I believe and have noticed that we all spend a lot of time trying to fix ourselves.
It’s not something we just decided ..We get it fed to us to all the time. How to find the key to something overly amazing and fix ourselves.
Fix our sleep.
Fix our stress.
Fix our emotions.
Fix our relationships.
But… Sometimes what we are feeling is not something that needs fixing at all.
Sometimes it is simply an asking to be listened to.
Ok hear me out…
A tired body may need rest.
A busy mind may need quiet.
A lonely heart may need connection.
A nervous system may need safety.
The older I get, the more I realise myself that healing is often less about adding more and more and more about creating space.
In my 1:1 sessions I create space. Space for you.
A space where you can be you.
Space to breathe.
Space to feel.
Space to hear ourselves again.
Space to just BE. Maybe this is your reminder for today 🤍
Today try not to fix - just pause and breathe and BE. Simply live and listen within.
