It’s been a minute since my last post, mostly because working as a TUI hotel rep this summer has felt like tumbling straight down the Alice in Wonderland rabbit hole! It’s taken every ounce of energy, but it has been wildly fulfilling and exciting—highlighted by guiding guests onto a boat for the incredible full solar eclipse and out to watch the Patron Festival fireworks in Ibiza town. Socializing has taken a back seat, yet island life has a funny way of working: nip to the bank or grab a coffee in the village, and you instantly run into familiar faces you haven’t seen in six or seven years, reminding me just how interconnected our little pockets of Ibiza really are. Life is full, vibrant, and unfolding without needing to be constantly visible. Hello again, beautiful butterflies! I hope you’re all doing wonderfully. Sending so much love to you from a much cooler day here on the island, from both myself and Bear—who is now doing wonderfully for a 16-year-old old chap. Let me know how you’re getting on!
