Today we celebrate International Earth Day🌍 — honoring our planet and all life on it.

🌿 Earth Ritual
1. Arrival
Sit down quietly, ideally outside in nature or near an open window.
Close your eyes and feel your breath.
2. Connection to the Earth
Place your hands on the ground (or on your heart)
and imagine that you are connected to the Earth — supported, nourished.
3. Gratitude
Speak softly or inwardly:
Thank you for the water
Thank you for the air
Thank you for the food
Thank you for life
4. Set an intention
Ask yourself:
How do I want to honor the Earth more?
This can be something small (for example, consuming more consciously, reducing waste, living more mindfully).
5. Symbolic action
Choose something concrete:
Plant a flower 🌱
Water a plant with awareness
Place a stone or a natural object as a symbol
Or consciously touch a tree
6. Closing
Take a deep breath in and out
and finish saying and feeling:
“I am part of the Earth — and the Earth is part of me.”

🌿 Ritual de la Tierra
1. Llegada
Siéntate en silencio, idealmente al aire libre en la naturaleza o cerca de una ventana abierta.
Cierra los ojos y siente tu respiración.
2. Conexión con la Tierra
Coloca tus manos sobre el suelo (o sobre tu corazón)
e imagina que estás conectada con la Tierra — sostenida, nutrida.
3. Gratitud
Di en voz baja o interiormente:
Gracias por el agua
Gracias por el aire
Gracias por los alimentos
Gracias por la vida
4. Establecer una intención
Pregúntate:
¿Cómo quiero honrar más a la Tierra?
Puede ser algo pequeño (por ejemplo, consumir de forma más consciente, reducir residuos, vivir con más presencia).
5. Acción simbólica
Elige algo concreto:
Plantar una flor 🌱
Regar una planta con atención
Colocar una piedra u objeto natural como símbolo
O tocar conscientemente un árbol
6. Cierre
Respira profundamente, inhalando y exhalando
y termina con deciendo y sentirndo:
“Soy parte de la Tierra — y la Tierra es parte de mí.”

I would like to share a little about myself and the Kogui oracle.🌿

In 2023, I traveled for the first time in my life to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia.
I was blessed to spend time in a Kogui village, the guardians of the Earth.
During a meditation with the daughter of the Mamo, the priest healer and earthkeeper, I was guided to the center of the Earth.
There, I received the message that I would carry this medicine back with me to my homeland.
And so it was.🔥

On my second journey to Colombia, the symbols of the oracle began to reveal themselves to me. Later, I received the clarity that this oracle wanted to be born and come into the world through me.🔥

Today, I deeply honor this medicine that is now being shared across our continent.
I also honor Nuria, who brought the oracle back to its origin, to the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, to integrate it into her retreat and to close the circle.
Thank you, Nuria , for this meaningful gesture.

Thank you, blessed land of Colombia, thank you to the Sierra Nevada.

Os comparto un poquito sobre mí y sobre el oráculo de los Kogui.🌿

En el año 2023 viajé por primera vez en mi vida a la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, en Colombia.
Tuve la bendición de poder estar en un poblado de los Kogui, los guardianes de la Tierra.
Durante una meditación con la hija del Mamo, el curandero, fui guiada hacia el centro de la Tierra. Allí recibí el mensaje de que traería esta medicina conmigo para llevarla a mi tierra.
Y así fue.🔥

En mi segundo viaje a Colombia comenzaron a mostrarse los símbolos del oráculo. Más adelante recibí la claridad de que este oráculo quería nacer y llegar al mundo a través de mí.🔥

Hoy honro profundamente esta medicina que se está compartiendo en nuestro continente.
También honro a Nuria, que llevó el oráculo de regreso a su origen, a la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, para integrarlo en su retiro y cerrar el círculo.

Gracias, Nuria , por este gesto tan significativo.
