Another trip around the sun, and somehow (LUCKY ME) I ended up in paradise-
Turns out getting older is much easier when you’re doing it in paradise. 😂

MILK DRUNK! Happy World Breastfeeding Week 🤍

This is my son, Arlo.

For the first time, there was no pain. No tears. Just a content, milk-drunk baby… and one very relieved mama. 🤍

Thats why this photo is so precious to me because it was taken after our first truly successful breastfeeding session.

If breastfeeding feels harder than you expected, please don’t struggle alone.

Reach out. I’d love to support you!

Happy World Breastfeeding Week- to every mother out there- You are amazing.

Hopefully you are all feeling supported & held. ♥️

And now- STOP GROWING! 🤭

“Yesterday” you were a tiny baby who needed me to do absolutely everything.

Today you’re 8… and somehow you’re negotiating bedtime like a lawyer, correcting me constantly, cooking your own eggs in the morning, raiding the fridge whenever you feel like it, and regularly reminding me that I’m “not that young anymore.” 😂

I’m still trying to figure out how we got here…

Happy Birthday, Arlito. ♥️

To the boy who made me a mum and who continues to make life the greatest adventure- thank you for eight incredible years.

And now… stop growing!!!

I am addicted! 🐕‍🦺

Since having our beautiful companion, Faciras, in my life, I feel happier, calmer, healthier and just… full of love. 🐾

There’s something so special about the unconditional love and joy animals bring into our lives. ♥️

Definitely not my usual post about birth, postpartum or relationships- but if you know me, you know how deeply I care for animals.

Do you have an animal that sends your oxytocin levels through the roof? ♥️

YOU & ME = BABY & CHAOS?

You’re preparing for the birth… but are you preparing for everything that comes after? ❤️

Becoming parents is one of the biggest transitions you’ll ever go through- and it can change your relationship in ways you might not expect.

Whether it’s your first baby or your second, take the time to talk about what you both need, want and expect from each other.

Because the birth is just the beginning.
Your relationship is the foundation your family grows from.

Save this for later and send it to your partner. ❤️

AFRAID OF BIRTH? Awesome! 😎

When someone tells me, “I’m scared of birth”…

I don’t think, “Oh no, we need to get rid of that fear.”

I think: “Good. Let’s listen to it.” ❤️

Fear is often where the most important conversations begin.

It can show us what we need to understand, what questions we need to ask, and where we need more support.

The goal isn’t to have zero fear.

The goal is to feel informed, supported, and confident enough to meet whatever your birth journey brings.

Because confidence doesn’t come from pretending nothing unexpected will happen.

Confidence comes from knowing you have prepared yourself, your partner, and your support system for this incredible transition into parenthood.

Your fears are not a sign that you are not ready.

They might be the exact place where your preparation begins. ❤️

Save this for later or share it with someone preparing for birth.

The true test of sharing… or not 🍪😂

This was sent to me by my dear cousin and I just had to try it out… ♥️

Who is the one in your family who shares everything… and who keeps it all to themselves?

Tag them! 😂

Have multiple or***ms!! 😂🤰

When you’re overdue and suddenly become a believer in all the labor hacks…

For me, it worked and kicked things off with my first contraction. 👀

Some people also swear by it when contractions slow down or stall- to have an or**sm- because at that point, you’ll try anything! 😂

What did you do to get labor started? Tell me your tips! 👇

Follow for more tips on birth prep, postpartum, and keeping your partner involved in the journey. 🥰
