WHAT THE EYE DOESN'T SEE 👀✨
Yesterday, we completed Part II of our TT1 Foundation Training.

Over seven days, participants came together online from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds to practice, explore, learn, and deepen their understanding of mindfulness and guiding.

What is often visible are the guided practices, Inquiry, experiential exercises, reflections, and moments of discovery.

What is less visible is everything that helps hold the process.

The preparation before each day. The coordination between sessions. The support offered to participants. The planning, adapting, responding, and weaving together of a learning journey that extends far beyond the training schedule itself.

Facilitating a Mindfulness Teacher Training is a continual dance between structure and responsiveness, planning and presence, holding the curriculum while meeting the reality of the people in front of us.

Perhaps this is part of the practice too.

Bringing attention not only to what is happening in the foreground, but also to the many unseen conditions that make learning, connection, and transformation possible.

As we close Part II, we feel deeply grateful for the commitment, openness, courage, and practice that each participant brought to the journey.

And now, before Integration Day, there is space for perhaps the most important part of the training:

Practice.

Because becoming a mindfulness teacher is not something we learn through information alone.

It unfolds through practice. Through embodiment. Through showing up, again and again, for what is here.

✨ See you on Integration Day.

Practice. Practice. Practice. #

Kindfull Cooking 🩷. There is something deeply meditative about watching someone cook with presence.
Without rushing.
Without trying to get anywhere else.
Simply here… slowly stirring the oats, listening to the water simmer, sensing the aromas awaken.

These days I’ve been sharing simple and deeply human moments cooking porridge with a friend and student from the school. And something curious happened…

Until now, I had never really wanted to try porridge.
And now, almost without noticing, it has become my breakfast.

Perhaps because when food is prepared with so much love, care, and presence… it nourishes something deeper than the body.

Mindful cooking is not only about cooking.
It is a way of relating to the moment.
To the person in front of us.

To the small everyday gestures that, when fully inhabited, can also become practice. ✨

And thank you, Lesya, for sharing so much love these days🩷

Awakening the senses… 🌱
After days of silence, something subtle begins to emerge.
The mind softens.
The body listens again.
The simple rhythm of touching the earth, feeling water on the hands, hearing birdsong in the distance… becomes enough.

These small moments after retreat can feel like seeds quietly sprouting beneath the surface — not through force, but through presence, care, and attention.

In silence, we remember that transformation does not always arrive loudly.
Sometimes it comes like this…
through breath, through soil, through sunlight, through the simple act of tending to life.

May the seeds planted during the Silent Retreat continue to unfold gently within daily life. 🌿

Day 5 · Hybrid Silent Retreat · Solterreno
Today, silence is no longer somewhere we arrive…
it begins to walk with us.

This morning, with Bodhin Philip Woodward guiding Mindful Walking,
each step softened… deepened…
as if the earth itself were holding us,
as if every step already knew the way home.

There is no rush.
Just the quiet rhythm of the body moving through space,
the whisper of air on the skin,
sounds appearing… and dissolving.

Walking…
and sensing that it is not we who are moving forward,
but life unfolding, step by step.

Some steps steady,
some lighter…
all of them enough.

And in this gentle movement,
something may reveal itself without effort:
there is nowhere to arrive.

Only this step.
And now this one.
And now this one.

Day 5…
and silence keeps opening,
like a path with no end.

Day 4 · Hybrid Silent Retreat
Today, two special guests arrived in the silence…

The Inner Critic
and the Inner Helper.

One speaks in tight, familiar patterns…
not enough… try harder… be different…

The other, more quietly…
it’s okay… I’m here… you can rest…

In the stillness, we begin to notice—
not choosing, not fixing…
just seeing.

Seeing how the Critic tries to protect.
Seeing how the Helper invites us back to care.

And perhaps, for a moment…
resting as the awareness that can hold them both.

Day 3 — Hybrid Silent Retreat
Solterreno
