የባህርዳርን ዩኒቨርስቲ አማልዱን!!
ከ2018 ዓ/ምህረት ተመራቂ ረዚደንቶች!!
እኛ የ 2018 ተመራቂ ረዚደንት ሀኪሞች በብዙ ውጣ ውረድ ውስጥ የባህርዳር ጤና ሳይንስ ኮሌጅን እንቅልፍ አጥተን እያገለገልን ስፔሻሊቲ ትምህርታችንን አጠናቀን ወጥተናል ።ብዙ ውጣ ውረድ የህይወት መስዋዕትነት ከፍለን አገልግለናል ፤ ተምረናል። ሆኖም ግን በ2018 በዩኒቨርስቲው የማይሰጡ የስፔሻሊቲ የትምህርት ዘርፎችን ጥቁር አንበሳ ፤ ቅዱስ ጳውሎስ የመሳሰሉ ሆስፒታሎች ሄደን እንድንከታተል ሆኗል።ነገር ግን ይህ የትምህርት ወጭ ፤ የጉዞ ወጭ የምግብ ወጭ እንደሁልጊዜው የሚሸፈነው በዩኒቨርስቲው ነው።ሆኖም ግን ዩኒቨርሲቲው ትምህርታችሁን ተከታትላችሁ ስትመጡ ክፍያውን እንፈፅማለን ብሎ በደብዳቤ ከላከን በኋላ ከነገ ዛሬ ነገ ዛሬ እከፍላለሁ እያለ 9 ወር አለፈው።እኛ በአዲስ አበባ የኑሮ ውድነት ተበድረን ሂደን ተምረን ነው የመጣነው።የምግብ ፤ የትራንስፖርት ፤ የዶርም ወጭ ተበድረን ተምረን መጥተናል ።ይሄ ብቻ አደለም የጥናት እና ምርምር የተመራቂ ረዚደንቶች ከኪሳችን አውጥተን ከሰራን በኋላ ጆሮ ዳባ ልበስ ብሎናል ።
ዶሮን ሲያታልሏት በመጫኛ ጣሏት እንዲሉ እስከ ግንቦት እንከፍላለን ሰንደነዋል የሴኔት ደብዳቤያችሁን ይዛችሁ ሂዱ እና በእምነት እናስገባላችኋለን ብለው ቃል ገብተውልን ነበር ።ነገር ግን ይሄው የጥናት እና ምርምር ወጫችንን የዲታችመንት/የትምህርት ወጫችንን አልከፍልም ብሎ ቁጭ ብሏል ።እኛም ያስተማረን ዩኒቨርስቲ ነው በማለት በተስፋ ብንጠብቅም ፤ብንለምንም ሰሚ አጥተናል ።አሁን ነገ ልጆቹ ዶክተር ፤ ስፔሻሊስት ዶክተር እንዲሆኑለት የሚፈልገው የኢትዮጵያ ህዝብ እንዲሁም መላው የህክምና አካላት እንዲሁም ለ ፈጣሪ ፍርዱን እየተውኩ ። የምድር ዳኛ ካለ ደግሞ የላባችንን እንዲያሰጠን እንጠይቃለን ።

Appeal to Bahir Dar University
We appeal to Bahir Dar University.
We, the 2026 graduating resident doctors, successfully completed our specialty training while serving the College of Medicine and Health Sciences at Bahir Dar University under extremely difficult circumstances. We sacrificed greatly, endured many hardships, and even risked our lives while serving and pursuing our education.
During our training, several specialty rotations that were not available at Bahir Dar University had to be completed at hospitals such as Black Lion (Tikur Anbessa) Specialized Hospital and St. Paul's Hospital Millennium Medical College in Addis Ababa. According to the university's established practice, the costs of these educational rotations—including tuition, travel, accommodation, and living expenses—are the responsibility of the university.
Before we left, the university officially informed us in writing that all eligible expenses would be reimbursed after we completed our training. However, despite repeated promises of "today," "tomorrow," and "soon," nine months have passed without any payment.
To complete our training in Addis Ababa, we had no choice but to borrow money to cover our food, transportation, accommodation, and other living expenses. We returned after successfully completing our training, carrying significant financial burdens.
In addition, we personally financed our graduation research projects and thesis-related expenses from our own pockets, expecting that the university would reimburse us as promised. Unfortunately, despite numerous requests, our concerns have been ignored.
We were repeatedly assured that payment would be made by the month of Ginbot (May/June) and were even instructed to collect our Senate letters with the promise that the reimbursements would be processed in good faith. However, the university has now refused to pay both our research expenses and the costs related to our external specialty training.
We continued to wait patiently because this is the university that trained us. We trusted its promises and appealed respectfully, but no one has listened to us.
Today, we appeal to the Ethiopian people, the entire medical community, and everyone who values justice to stand with us. We also leave our case before God, trusting in His justice. If there is justice on earth, we ask the responsible authorities to ensure that we receive the compensation and reimbursement that we have rightfully earned through our hard work and sacrifice.
