👉ሪፎርሙ በሆስፒታላችን ዘርፈ-ብዙ የአሰራር ስርዓት መሻሻሎችንና ያመጣ ሲሆን በተጨማሪም አመርቂ ውጤቶች እየተመዘገቡበት እንደምገኝም ተገለፀዋል።

👉Clincal audit ላይ የተለዩ ክፍተቶች (Gaps) ላይ ሰፊ ውይይት ተካሂዶ፣ የማሻሻያ የተግባር ዕቅድ ( Plan) የሚያስፈልገው ወደ Action plan በመውሰድ ፦ #በተጨማሪም በተግባር ዕቅድ ብቻ ሊፈቱ የማይችሉ ችግሮችን በመለየት በጥራት ማሻሻያ ( ) ተቀርጾ ወደ ስራ እንድጌባ ተደርጓል።

👉 Ethiopian_Hospital_Service Improvement Guideline ( ) ሲሆን። እያንዳንዱ ዲፓርትመንት performance ሪፖርት ከታዬ በኋላ፣ ሁሉም ባለድርሻ አካላት የEHSIG መስፈርቶችን (Standards) በተግባር እንዲተገብሩ እና Standard መሠረት እንዲፈጽሙ የጋራ ስምምነት ላይ ተደርሷል።

👉ዓላማው ሆስፒታሉ ጥራት ያለው አመራርና አስተዳደር፣ ክሊኒካል አገልግሎቶች፣ የታካሚ ደህንነት፣ የጥራት ማሻሻያ፣ ሪፈራል ስርዓት፣ እና የሆስፒታል አገልግሎቶችን የተሳለጠ ማድረግ ነው ።

👉በአጠቃላይ በዛሬው ውይይት ፦ የአሰራር ስርዓት በማጠናከር ለህብረተሰባችን አስተማማኝ፣ ጥራት ያለውና ፈጣን አገልግሎት ለመስጠት የሁሉም ሀላፊነት መሆኑ ተነስቷል።

👉A Health Management Information System (HMIS) is a standardized system used to collect, record, compile, analyze, report, and use health data for evidence-based planning, monitoring, quality improvement, and decision-making.
👉High-quality HMIS data are essential for measuring service performance, monitoring health outcomes, allocating resources, and reporting to higher health authorities.
👉To improve data quality and strengthen routine health information management, a comprehensive HMIS training was conducted for hospital staff working in all service delivery units.

👉The training focused on improving participants' knowledge and practical skills in recording patient information accurately, ensuring complete registration, correctly utilizing tally sheets, and reporting HMIS indicators according to the Ethiopian Ministry of Health guidelines.
