🤖💰 Elon Musk believes money could become almost meaningless within the next decade.

Musk has suggested that by around 2036, “money won’t matter.”

His reasoning is straightforward:

Money has value because goods and services are limited.

But if AI and robots create an enormous level of abundance, the cost of producing the things people need could fall dramatically, making money far less important.

He has also predicted that working could eventually become optional rather than something people must do simply to survive.

Of course, this remains a prediction, not a certainty.

There are still major questions about who owns the machines, who controls resources, and whether essentials such as land and energy could ever truly become unlimited.

Still, Musk believes the world could be heading toward a radically different future.

🪓😮 In July 2018, 24-year-old Austin Clay walked up to Donald Trump’s star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with a pickaxe hidden inside a guitar case. He smashed the star, then called police to report what he had done before turning himself in at the Beverly Hills Police Department about an hour later. He was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism, with bail set at $20,000.

But Clay’s story took an unexpected turn when James Otis—the man who had destroyed the very same star in 2016—offered to pay his $20,000 bail. Otis said he also wanted to meet Clay personally after his release.

Otis had attacked Trump’s star in October 2016 with a pickaxe and sledgehammer, shortly before the presidential election. He later pleaded no contest and received probation and community labor, along with an order to pay restitution.
