I am Anna, the creator of Yoga in Slings and I’m so delighted to have you here in this space. I have always been interested in health and well-being. Women's health and paediatrics are my two main passions, and working with these fields and contributing to that is my dharma. My passion is to merge holistic view with the evidence-based knowledge and take the best of both worlds. As a yoga teacher,

How amazing is this inversion?? There's so much dedication and discipline behind these graceful photos. But with me it's not off limits from anyone. :)

Thoughts today before my yoga class 💭

In a world where we're told not to take poor behaviour and cut ties in conflict, these words made me think about how often we mask our triggers and avoidance to healthy boundaries.

Words unsaid creates resentment.
Resentment creates illness in your mind.

So have the hard conversation. Express what has not been sitting well with you. Ask for clarity. Silently fight for the people in your life by demonstrating the behaviour you wished from them.

When we decide to walk away before being courageous enough to show vulnerability, we never win.

But to show up raw with full honesty and integrity, you win everytime.

Not because of a certain guaranteed outcome. But because you know you made the effort.

Tomorrow is the last class of YOGA IN SLINGS this term. We will end it with gentle restorative poses where the sling can work its magic through releasing muscle and opening up more space. ✨️

So excited to get back to more rejuvenating and deeper practice, it's been a year since the last RESTORATIVE.

There are a few spots left if anyone feels called to join us. I would love to have you.
