Look After Your Body
🌿With the heatwave this week, remember to stay safe in your yoga practices. If you are still practicing this week please remember :
✨Prioritise workouts early in the morning (before 10 a.m.) or in the evening (after 8 p.m.)
💧Stay Hydrated by drinking lots of water
🎵Listen to your body, if they are saying no, be gracious and listen.
But also, know that it is completely ok to skip this week and stay in the shade 💙
