Not long to go now...I will be bringing herbs to the festival and talking about the amazing medicinal plants that can be found in our kitchen, gardens, and cupboards.... And how they can be used to support women's health.

Do come along to this fabulous event this Saturday. Lots to see, do, and taste!

Summer is a very busy time and every spare sunny moment, I am out in the garden and the hedgerows!

We had a brilliant day at the Secret Garden on Friday making some amazing aromatic waters and enjoying that magical place.

HERBAL FORAGING AT STRATA FLORIDA, CEREDIGION

Summer brings blooms and scent and I will be sharing how to capture the medicinal gifts of the season in herbal medicine. You will leave with keener eyes on the hedgerow apothecaries around us as well as your own herbal remedies, made on the day.

Join me at Florida Trust - Ymddiriedolaeth Ystrad Fflur where we will be exploring the local landscape and the rich history of herbal medicine alongside its present day uses. All whilst exploring the hedgerows around us!
