🤍 A love letter to Soothe Your Soul Haven 🤍

Soothe Your Soul Haven is coming to a close — for now.

This studio has meant more to me than I can ever fully put into words. Over the last year, it became a space of softness, healing, laughter, sweat, tears, growth, and community. It held so many beautiful moments, connections, and people that I will carry with me forever.

Soothe Your Soul taught me so much.
It taught me love and kindness.
It taught me the power of community and sharing space with others.
But just as importantly, it taught me how to be kinder to myself — and how to create boundaries where they’re needed.

Those lessons will stay with me for life, and I will take them into every future venture I build.

This decision hasn’t come easily, and I won’t pretend it doesn’t hurt. I’m genuinely gutted that this chapter is ending sooner than I hoped. The circumstances are largely outside of my control, and while I wish things could be different, this is something I’ve had to accept and move forward from with intention and self-respect.

What I do want to say clearly is this: this is not the end.

This is simply the end of this chapter of Soothe Your Soul Haven. I fully plan to reopen another studio in the future when the timing and conditions are right — wiser, stronger, and with everything I’ve learned along the way.

To everyone who walked through the doors, taught a class, attended one, supported, encouraged, believed in me, or held space here — thank you. You were the heart of this place.

If you’ve been part of this journey, I’d love for you to stay connected — this isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you later 🤍
