🎉 Well, last night’s classes were a hoot! 🎉

Just back from my daughter’s dance championships in Blackpool - I missed everyone for a week!

Feeling a little under the weather and unsure if 4 classes on the bounce was possible - the evening proceeded …

💜 Beautiful moments in my 1-2-1 family Relax Kids, Families and Adults with Serena class ✨

🩷 Seeing all my class-goers again PLUS my cousin Deborah from made a surprise appearance at Soulsa, all the way from Falkland Islands 💝

🩶 A super chilled, quiet Recharge class where a beautiful blend of my Soulsa AND RockBox ladies share a class 🫶

🖤 Then on to a small but extremely mighty RockBox class, where we channel our built by stresses, aggression through punches, kicks, shouting, singing … and lots of laughter! 😆

I needed that last night folks!
I needed to see your faces!
I needed to do something collaboratively with you!
I needed to share a space in unity!
I needed the workout!
I needed the music!
I needed to hugs!
I needed the serious!
I needed the chats!
I needed the fun!
And today I feel completely different because of all that … and all of you!❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

I often come with different energies - professional, friendly, serious, silly, committed

And throughout an evening with me you’ll no doubt see all of them and more …. ❣️

Soooo …

I travelled from Blackpool to Newcastle-upon-Lyme near Stoke to attend Mika’s Drum Workout followed by an amazing sing-a-long RockBox class

Mika, is a fellow RockBox instructor and part of the presenting team at fitness events for RockBox and an all round good egg! 🖤🖤🖤

Everyone was super friendly - thank you Mika and her class-goers! 🔥🤘👅🖤⚡️🎶🎸🥊🪘🥁🥢

Now to celebrate mum’s birthday AND the watch the Countryvive pros show tonight 🤩🤩🤩

After the most amazing summer of classes so far AND Scottish Week sessions, I’m having a week off to take my daughter to World Championships in Blackpool 🎶💃🧑‍🩰👢💫

🫣 I may have booked on to a friends class while I’m down there! 🤪

Wow!!! Peterhead Scottish Week 2026 you’ve been a blast!

Today, we showcased Soulsa & Rockbox with Serena with the public, class-goers and these two fantastic backing dancers - who stole the show!!! 🥰💙🩵🥰

Thanks to everyone for their amazing support, comments, messages and encouragement

Dancing/exercising so publicly ain’t everyone’s cup of tea, I get that - but to be able to demonstrate what we would normally do in dark halls is such an honour and privilege- and to see the light and fun it brings to so many, either taking part, watching or passing by is quite simply incredible and lifts me up💫
