Just one of those days for a chill , yesterday Lucinda and our learner relaxing during a session , zoom in and you'll see she is resting her head on him , they were like this for at least 10 minutes , not what we'd planned for the session , but must have been just what they both needed .I love my job 💕.Total Trust .

Too hot for Ceffylau Dyfi Horses to graze the lushhh grass outside today so they are having hay and water in the shelter .

All prommed out 🤣, Lucinda a Star again and dont they all look gorgeous , am sure she has enjoyed the sociability of it all , but will enjoy going back to the quieter therapeutic side of her work 💕

What skills do you need to trust someone and be trustworthy to do the ostacle course either blindfolded or with your eyes shut and swapping roles and given directions were what it was all about today .

Adding a colourful hair bobble for each thing you can say your good at doing was this learners task and of course its therapeutic to plait aswell .Lucinda modelling the outcomes beautifully 💕.

Love this .

If we arrive tense, the horse often becomes alert.

If we arrive calm, the horse softens.

Horses reflect the nervous system standing in front of them.

Which is why time with horses can be such a powerful teacher.

Lucinda having a great pamper session today .This is one of the few times I truly see this legend of a lady fully relax , she is partially sighted and deaf .The horses love being groomed by her as she also uses her hand as well as the brush so she can feel where she is , whats going on with the horse so they get a brush and a massage at the same time , often giving big sighs and often falling asleep .
