Breathing. Feeling. Arriving. Choosing themselves for an evening instead of pushing through life on autopilot.

No fixing. No performance. No pretending to be “fine”. Just people reconnecting with their bodies, their nervous systems, and each other in a gentle, grounded way.

I left feeling deeply grateful, emotional, and even more certain that this work matters.

Grief is what happens when a tender heart collides with a world that has forgotten how to protect what is sacred.

It registers every rupture - the people who left, the love that hardened, the communities that failed us, the ways we abandoned ourselves just to belong.

And still, some part of us keeps feeling.

That is not weakness. That is the last wild thing in us refusing to die.
