Back in the sea this morning 🌊

Sadly, no dolphins or seals, just 2 mad women TRYING to swim 🤣🤣🤣

Think I may have been a bit premature with my summer attire after the swim, especially as did it in skins 🥶🥶🥶

What a great start to the day though, a whole body reset, inside and out, add in a good laugh with your mate, and the world is your 'lobster' 🦞 🤣

When you have the tools to fix yourself, but not the patience to do the rest bit 🤣

A sudden shin pain after golf yesterday, (which I'm really REALLY hoping is not shin splints 🤞) left me unable to pedal at Spin this evening 🤦‍♀️

🟢 Dry Needling to release tight muscles:
