I used to live in a very haunted flat in Clitheroe years ago, Clitheroe is over 2000 years old so you can imagine the energies and ghost around there, i remember waking up with this very negative energy around me, this entity was about 4 feet tall and had a dark robe on, it was holding a sickle above me, a sickle is what they used to cut hay with in older times, but the weirdest thing was this entity had a forked tongue, iv seen these things again a few time in different locations and moved them on, these are orbs from that flat, the red one was definitely the negative energy

Your guides are so important, they are there from the day you are born until they day you die, you ask them for help, they will always do there best to help you, and always thank them . They are amazing .
I did a reading for a very beautiful soul the other day , we asked to see her guides and first of all this very beautiful elf lady with a long green dress on , and long red hair came through, her elegance and energy was overwhelming, everything about her was beautiful. A very strong and powerful stag was standing there too, then her Viking warrior turned up, wow the energy was amazing . And to have guides like this, means this lady is very special, she got this picture done and its exactly the image I had in my mind.i just love this picture .

Sleep paralysis is when you wake up in the night and you cant move, your body is asleep but your mind is awake, its like your a super psychic medium, you can now hear and see into the spirit world but you just cant move your body, it can be very scary and most people just try and wake up, this is the first steps of out of body experiences, if you can just relax you can force yourself up and out of body, and see yourself lying in your bed, iv done this so many times and what an amazing experience it is , you literally only have 5 mins before your rocketed back into your body, I talk alot of these experiences in my book.
