Scottish Ambulance Service and Save A Life For Scotland to offer a trained listening ear if it would be beneficial to discuss your experience with someone. 🚑🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Drinking enough fluids helps the kidneys remove waste from the body and may help lower the risk of chronic kidney disease.
However, everyone’s hydration needs are different and depend on different factors.
If you have kidney disease or are on dialysis, speak with your healthcare team before making changes to your fluid intake.

Today we’re marking World Down Syndrome Day 💙💛

At Airdrie Community First Responders, we’re proud to be part of a community that looks out for one another — where everyone belongs and everyone matters.

Folk with Down syndrome are part of our everyday lives here in Airdrie — our families, our pals, our neighbours — and today’s about celebrating them and raising awareness.

The date 21/3 represents the extra copy of the 21st chromosome that causes Down syndrome, making today a meaningful day right across the world.

So whether you’re rocking your brightest mismatched socks or just taking a wee moment to learn more, every bit of support counts.

Let’s keep building a kinder, more inclusive community together 💛💙
